Yes. The Box only starts the cleaning cycle once your cat has left, and the safety sensors stop the cycle whenever it comes near. The waste goes into a bag, inside a closed drawer with odour control — you just change the bag now and then.

You have 30 days after delivery to return any item in its original condition, clean, with all accessories and complete packaging. We send the label and arrange the pickup — the return costs you nothing.

Clumping litter only, up to the MAX line. You pick the type in the app. PetMaison Smart Litter is made for the Box’s cycle, but any good-quality clumping litter works — avoid tofu litters that break apart, as they weigh the bag down.

Yes — up to 3 cats per box, up to 11 kg each. In two-cat homes and with senior cats, settling in can take 2 to 4 weeks; it’s worth starting in manual mode.

When an item is on pre-order, your unit is reserved and ships in order of purchase, from the date shown on the product page. If your order also has items in stock, those ship right away, separately.

The Feeder serves meals at the right time and in the right amount (6 L, with a camera). The Fountain keeps the water running and filtered (4 L), so cats drink more.
